Expertise
Emanuele’s main focus is on the in-court and out-of-court management of disputes relating to insurance, civil, and general professional liability and contractual disputes.
He also has specific expertise in enforcement procedures, inheritance law and agricultural law.
In addition, he offers his support to the Cyber Team in relation to all legal aspects of the now increasing number of regulations – national and supranational – on cybersecurity.
Professional experience
Immediately after graduating in Law, Emanuele joined BTG Legal in 2023 as a trainee lawyer.
Academic background and memberships
Trainee lawyer, enrolled in the Bar Association of Enna.
In 2023, he graduated in Law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” discussing a thesis in civil procedural law entitled “substantive and procedural profiles of the contract in favour of a third party”, supervisor Prof. Avv. Claudio Consolo.
Since 2024 he has been attending a preparatory course to qualify as a lawyer at a qualified law school in Rome.
He assiduously participates in training events and attends specialisation courses in civil procedural law, insurance law and commercial law.
