Lucia is primarily involved in the judicial and extrajudicial management of disputes related to the civil insurance sector (property and life), with a particular focus on professional and contractual liability, D&O (Directors and Officers) liability, and healthcare liability and medical malpractice.

Additionally, she has specific expertise in commercial and corporate law, banking law, bankruptcy law, and tax law.

Lucia also provides external consulting services on matters related to healthcare organization and the implementation of National and Regional Collective Agreements.

Professional experience

She joins Italian law firm BTG Legal in 2023.

Prior to joining BTG Legal, she has gained extensive experience in a boutique law firm, in the field of commercial and civil law, both in judicial and arbitration contexts, with a particular focus on contract law, guarantees, banking law, and real estate law.
