Professional experience
Benedetta joined the Italian Law firm Batini Traverso Grasso & Associati in 2020.
Before joining BTG Legal, she worked in leading law firms, dealing with data protection, cyber security, civil law and criminal law.

Graduated from “La Sapienza” University of Rome.
During university she participated at the Erasmus Project, studying for ten months at the “University of the Basque Country” in Bilbao.
She has attended the postgraduate School of Specialization for Legal Professions at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome.
In the meantime, she completed a period of training as judge assistant at the Civil Court of Rome, preparing hearings and drafting the related measures.
Then, she holds a Master Degree on “Protection of Personal Data: Data Protection Officer & Privacy Expert” from the “Roma Tre” University of Rome, with a thesis entitled: “The right to be forgotten: balance between the right to privacy and the right to information. In search of a balance and of the effectiveness of the protection”.
