Before joining BTG in 2011, she worked in a law firm in Genoa, dealing with banking and insurance fields.
Academic background and memberships
Lawyer, member of the Genoa Bar Association.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Legal Science with a thesis entitled “La legge sulla procreazione medicalmente assistita” (EN: “The Law on Medically Assisted Procreation”).
She won the “Manlio Sturlese Award” outright for the best thesis on the first three books of the Italian Civil Code.
In 2008 she graduated in Law at the University of Genoa with a thesis in civil law entitled “La responsabilità del mandatario” (EN: “The liability of the agent”).
While practicing as trainee law, she also attended the “De André” law school and in 2011 passed the bar exam at the Court of Appeal of Genoa.
She is the author of the article “The Covid accident does not affect private policies” published in the online magazine “Insurance Daily” on 21 November 2023.
She recently participated as a speaker in the online webinar of 18 April 2024 “Gelli Bianco Law in light of the new implementing decree.” intervening on the innovative contributions of the Gelli Bianco Law.
