Francesca deals mainly with insurance law, addressing continuous assistance, both in and out-of-Court, to leading insurance companies, Italian and foreign, and to companies as insured. She also acts as a consultant for coverage analysis, claims monitoring and assistance in policy drafting.

As external legal counsel, she has provided legal assistance for major Italian companies operating abroad in drafting and reviewing contracts with foreign partners and in enforced credit recovery abroad. She has also gained experience in prestigious international institutions (Italian Trade Commission in London, Permanent Representation of Italy to the Council of the European Union, International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia).
